County Commissioners of Talbot county to appoint a county
game warden and to define the duties and obligations of such
officer; to provide ways and means for the compensation of
such official; to provide for the propagation and protection of

Assembly of 1900, and by Chapter 520 of the Acts of General
Assembly of 1904, and by Chapter 158 of the Acts of General
Assembly of 1908, and by Chapters 511 and 601 of the Acts of
General Assembly of 1910, and by Chapter 660 of the Acts of
General Assembly of 1912, and by Chapters 20 and 180 of the

trustees of the Patapsco Academy, in Anne Arundel county,
to sell same and to apply the proceeds therefrom to the pay-
ment of accrued expenses, including expense of sale and trans-
fer, not exceeding two hundred and fifty dollars, and the bal-
ance to pay to the County School Commissioners of Anne
Arundel county to be applied by them to the purposes of a
new school in said locality, as herein provided. " [Endorsed:
