the section again and thus make certain the content of the local laws
of Worcester County on the subject of witnesses; now, therefore,

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 343 of Article 24 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Worcester County", sub-title "Wit-
nesses", be and it is hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1961.

CHAPTER 90

(Senate Bill 153)

AN ACT to repeal Section 344 of Article 24 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title "Worcester County", sub-title
"Witnesses", repealing a local law of Worcester County concerning
the County surveyor of that county and his attendance as a witness
in certain courts.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 344 of Article 24 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland, title "Worcester County", sub-title "Witnesses", be and it
is hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
on June 1, 1961.

Approved February 27, 1961.

AN ACT to legalize the 1961 Edition of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Worcester County, being Article 24 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, published under the direction of the
Board of County Commissioners of Worcester County and edited

sale and distribution of this Code.
