ing the northerly boundary of Glenarden Subdivision to the center-
line of the George N. Palmer Highway, thence southwesterly with
the centerline of said highway to the centerline of Piedmont Drive
in Section 2, Ardwick Park Development Company's Subdivision,
thence northwesterly with the centerline of Piedmont Drive to the
centerline of a small branch which runs westerly into Beaver Dam
Branch (being near the corner of Piedmont Drive and Jefferson
Avenue), thence westerly with the centerline of said Branch to the
centerline of Beaverdam Branch, thence northerly with the center-
line of Beaverdam Branch to the centerline of the Pennsylvania Rail-
road, thence northeasterly with the centerline of the Pennsylvania
Railroad to the centerline of the Ardwick-Ardmore Road, thence

of Gallatin Street, thence westerly with the centerline of Gallatin
Street and the projection thereof to the westerly boundary line of
the Harwood tract, thence northerly with said boundary line to the
corner common to the Harwood tract, a Subdivision of the Josias
Adams Estate and Kidmore Park Subdivision, thence following the
outlines of the Kidmore Park Subdivision easterly, northerly and
westerly to the centerline of the old Riverdale Road or Finn's Lane,
thence northwesterly with the centerline of the old Riverdale Road
or Finn's Lane to the easterly boundary line of Wildercroft Sub-
division, thence northerly with the said easterly boundary line to the
centerline of Good Luck Road, thence easterly with the centerline of
Good Luck Road [to the centerline of Bald Hill Branch, thence
northerly with the centerline of Bald Hill Branch] to the point of
beginning.

Sec, 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1961.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections 3(a),
(e) and (q) of Article 25 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1957 Edition and 1960 Supplement), title "County Commission-
ers", sub-title "General Provisions", to extend certain enumerated
powers to the County Commissioners of Wicomico County.
