758                              Laws of Maryland                       [Ch. 546

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the County Treasurer of Prince George's County is authorized
and directed to pay over to the County Commissioners of the County,
to be credited to the general funds of the County, all moneys in his
custody and control which are part of the proceeds of tax sales made
after three years from date of such sales, pursuant to the public
local laws of Prince George's County for the collection of delinquent
taxes due to the County Commissioners. This Act applies only to
tax sale funds for which no claim has been filed with the County
Treasurer as of June 1, 1961; and prior to paying over any such
monies to the County Commissioners, the County Treasurer shall
apply and exhaust the procedures contained in Section 82 of Article
81 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition), as it may
be amended from time to time, IF ANY PERSON OR PERSONS
OR HIS OR THEIR LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE SHALL APPEAR
AT ANY TIME AFTER SUCH TRANSFER HAS BEEN MADE,
THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY SHALL RE-
PAY THE SAME OR A PRO-RATA SHARE THEREOF, TO THE
PERSONS ENTITLED THERETO, WITHOUT INTEREST.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted. That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1961.

(House Bill 641)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections 590 and
596 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Prince George's County
(1953 Edition, being Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland), title "Prince George's County", sub-title "Election
Districts", changing the boundaries between the Bowie (No. 14)
Election District and Lanham (No. 20) Election District.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Article 17, Section 590 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland, title "Prince George's County", sub-title "Election Dis-
tricts", be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with
amendments, to read as follows:

590. (Bowie Election District No. 14) Beginning at the intersec-
tion of the centerline of the Patuxent River and the centerline of
Brock Bridge Road, thence running with the centerline of Brock
Bridge Road southerly to the centerline of State Road No. 197 or the
Laurel-Bowie Road, thence leaving the intersection of said center-
lines and running across Montpelier Farm southwesterly in a straight
line to the intersection of the centerlines of Muirkirk Road and the
Fairspring or Old Stage Road, thence southwesterly with the center-
