solete and duplicating local laws of Dorchester County on the
general subject of trespass.

Whereas, In the local laws of Dorchester County, there are a
number of sections on the general subject of trespass; and

Whereas, It is felt these sections might be repealed because they
are partially obsolete and also partially duplicate statewide laws on
the same subject; now, therefore,

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 515, 516, 517 and 518 of Article 10 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Dorchester
County", sub-title "Trespass", be and they are hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1961.

CHAPTER 83
(Senate Bill 61)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 567-576 inclusive of Article 10 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Dorchester County" sub-title "Wharves", repealing a series of
old and unnecessary laws of Dorchester County concerning the
construction, erection, maintenance and operation of certain
wharves, bridges, roads or shellwalks within the limits of Dor-
chester County.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 567-576 inclusive of Article 10 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Dorchester County",
sub-title "Wharves", be and they are hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1961.
