CHAPTER 80
(Senate Bill 58)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 473, 473A and 474 of Article 10 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Dorchester County", sub-title "Saw Mills", repealing certain
obsolete laws of Dorchester County concerning the operation of
and the taxes payable on saw mills in Dorchester County.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 473, 473A and 474 of Article 10 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Dorchester County",
sub-title "Saw Mills", be and they are hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1961.

Approved February 27, 1961.

CHAPTER 81
(Senate Bill 59)

AN ACT to repeal Section 505 of Article 10 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Dorchester Coun-
ty", sub-title "Shooting on Highways", repealing an unnecessary
local law of Dorchester County concerning the shooting of certain
firearms on public roads, highways and streets in Dorchester
County.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 505 of Article 10 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Dorchester County", sub-title
"Shooting on Highways", be and it is hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1961.
