TERLINE OF MARYLAND ROUTE 2 IN A NORTHWESTERLY
DIRECTION A DISTANCE OF 2,000 FEET; THENCE ALONG
A LINE PERPENDICULAR TO MARYLAND ROUTE 2 IN A
NORTHEASTERLY DIRECTION A DISTANCE OF 1,500 FEET;
THENCE IN A NORTHWESTERLY DIRECTION ALONG A LINE
PARALLEL TO MARYLAND ROUTE 2 A DISTANCE OF 3,400
FEET; THENCE ALONG A LINE BEARING N 60° E A DIS-
TANCE OF 10,600 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO THE HEAD
WATERS OF DEEP CREEK; THENCE ALONG THE CENTER-
LINE OF DEEP CREEK IN A NORTHEASTERLY DIRECTION
APPROXIMATELY 1.7 MILES TO THE CENTERLINE OF THE
MAGOTHY RIVER; THENCE ALONG THE CENTERLINE OF
THE MAGOTHY RIVER IN A SOUTHEASTERLY DIRECTION
APPROXIMATELY 5.1 MILES TO THE QUEEN ANNE'S
COUNTY LINE LOCATED IN THE CHESAPEAKE BAY;
THENCE IN A SOUTHWESTERLY DIRECTION ALONG THE
QUEEN ANNE'S COUNTY LINE APPROXIMATELY 6.5 MILES
TO THE BOUNDARY LINE OF THE 3RD ELECTION DISTRICT
OF ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, SAID BOUNDARY LINE BE-
ING ALSO THE CENTERLINE OF THE SEVERN RIVER;
THENCE ALONG SAID BOUNDARY LINE IN A NORTHWEST-
ERLY DIRECTION APPROXIMATELY 6.8 MILES TO THE
POINT OF BEGINNING.

(h) (D) Beginning for the seventh THIRD part thereof at a point
in the centerline of Maryland Route 3, also known as Robert Grain
Highway, at the Anne Arundel County line, also the centerline of
Patuxent River, and running thence in a northeasterly direction fol-
lowing the centerline of the north bound lane of Maryland Route 8 to
the centerline of Baltimore Gas and Electric Company gas line right-
of-way, said right-of-way crossing 8,000 feet more or less southwest of
Dorrs Corner; thence running with said right-of-way on a line South
55° 50' 80" East 4044.55 feet; thence continuing South 62° 42' East
4556.45 feet; thence continuing South 56° 46' East 2919.7 feet to the
centerline of Burns Crossing Road, sometimes designated as Clark
Station Road, thence running in a northerly direction along the
centerline of Burns Crossing Road, 21950 feet more or less, to its
intersection with Maryland Route 170, said Burns Crossing Road
making a bend to the West immediately prior to this point; thence
running in a westwardly direction along the centerline of the con-
tinuation of Burns Crossing Road, now known as Severn Road, 18400
feet more or less, to its junction with the centerline of Maryland
Route 718, also known as Ridge Road; thence leaving said road and
running in a northwesterly direction, perpendicular to said road,
1000 feet, thence running parallel to and 1000 feet distant in a west-
wardly direction from the centerline of Maryland Route 718, in a
southwesterly direction 5150 feet more or less to the intersection with
the centerline of Maryland Route 175, also known as Oak Ridge Road;
thence running in a northwesterly direction following the centerline
of said road to its intersection with the Anne Arundel County,
Howard County boundary at Jessup; thence running in a southeasterly
direction along said county boundary to the intersection with the
boundary line of Prince George's County which is also the Patuxent
River; thence running with said boundary in a southerly, easterly
and southeasterly direction to the point of beginning, as a part of the
whole sanitary district, situate in the Second and Fourth Election
Districts of Anne Arundel County.
