the centerline of the Severn River to a point on the line of the face
of the bulkhead along the southeasterly side of the Naval Academy
produced Northeasterly and distant 1300 feet from the easterly corner
of said bulkhead; thence southwesterly with said produced line and
with said face of bulkhead to coordinate point number 10440 at the
intersection of the line of the southwest face of the Naval Academy
wall on King George Street with the said face of bulkhead, the co-
ordinates of said point being North 22261.57, East 28494.74; thence
northeasterly straight across the Severn River to the outer corner of
the long wharf at the U. S. Light House Depot (Old Fort Madison) ;
thence in a straight line southwesterly 0.3 miles to a point in the
Severn River; thence in a southeasterly direction 4.3 miles to inter-
sect the Queen Anne's County line located in the Chesapeake Bay;
thence following the Queen Anne's County Line and the Kent County
line in a northerly direction through the Chesapeake Bay for a dis-
tance of approximately 16.0 miles to a point in the Chesapeake Bay
where the boundary lines of Kent County, Baltimore County and
Anne Arundel County intersect; thence leaving the Kent County
line and running with the boundary line of Baltimore County in a
northwesterly direction through the Chesapeake Bay and the
Patapsco River for a distance of approximately 11.0 miles to intersect
the Baltimore City boundary line; thence with the Baltimore City
boundary line approximately 0.65 miles due south to a point in the
Patapsco River; thence continuing with the Baltimore City boundary
line a southwesterly direction approximately 1.4 miles; thence con-
tinuing with the Baltimore City boundary line 1.8 miles to a point of
intersection with the center line of Curtis Creek; thence with the
center line of Curtis Creek in a southeasterly and southwesterly di-
rection for a distance of approximately 1.6 miles to a point where
Marley Creek empties into Curtis Creek; thence with the center line
of Marley Creek in a southwesterly direction approxmiately 2.5
miles to the center line of the Baltimore Annapolis Boulevard; thence
with the center line of the Old Baltimore Annapolis Boulevard (Rt.
648) in a northwesterly direction approximately 0.8 miles to a point
where the center line of Amberly Road projected in the Harundale
Sub-Division intersects the center line of the Old Baltimore Annapolis
Boulevard (Rt. 648); thence in a westerly direction and running
across the property of the Board of Education at Glen Burnie High
School 0.4 miles to a point in the center line of the Governor Ritchie
Highway (Rt. 2) where the center line of Fifth Avenue, South East,
projected intersects the center line of the Governor Ritchie Highway;
thence along the center line of Fifth Avenue projected in a general
westerly direction 0.9 miles to intersect the center line of Stewart
Avenue; thence along the center line of Stewart Avenue in a westerly
direction 0.5 miles to the place of beginning; SAVING AND EX-
