[PART FOUR.] (e) Beginning for the fourth part thereof at the
point where the northwest shoreline of the Chesapeake Bay is inter-
sected by the northeast shoreline of the Magothy River; the said
point of beginning being also shown as the end of Mountain Point,

on the plat of Gibson Island; thence running with the shoreline of

Magothy River, in a northerly direction 1,100 feet, more or less;
thence continuing with the shoreline of the Magothy River in a

northwesterly direction, 9,440 feet, more or less; thence continuing
with the shoreline of the Magothy River in a northeasterly direction,
1,100 feet, more or less; thence continuing with the shoreline of

the Magothy River and Magothy Narrows, in a southeasterly and
southwesterly direction, 400 feet, more or less, thence running with
the shoreline of Magothy Narrows, in a southeasterly direction, 500
feet, more or less; thence continuing with the shoreline of Magothy
Narrows, in a northeasterly direction 1,850 feet, m
ore or less to
the end of Holland Point; thence continuing with the shoreline of
Magothy Narrows in a southeasterly direction 1,900 feet, more
or less; thence still continuing with the shoreline of Magothy Nar
-
rows, in a northeasterly direction 2,150 feet, more or less, to the end

of Purdy Point; thence leaving the shoreline and running across

Magothy Narrows and Windmill Point, in a northeasterly direction
1,300 feet, more or less, to the westmost shoreline of Chesapeake
Bay; thence running with the westmost shoreline of the Chesapeake
Bay, in a southeasterly direction 4,600 feet, more or less; thence con-

tinuing with the shoreline of the Chesapeake Bay in a southwesterly
direction 7,600 feet, more or less, to the
place of beginning, containing
within the boundaries of the description, approximately 1,865 square

(f) (B) Beginning for the fifth FIRST part thereof at a point where
the center line of Maryland State Route 176 intersects the Baltimore
and Ohio Railroad and running from thence and with the center line of
said State Road in a southeasterly direction 0.55 miles to the center line
intersection of said road with the County Road leading from Dorsey
to Georgetown (Race Road); thence with the center line of Race
Road in a southerly direction, 0.55 miles to a point where the drive-
way leading to the home of D. T. Heilman intersects the County Road;
thence cutting across country in a straight line, 1.53 miles to the
center line intersection of Maryland Route 176 and Route 713; thence
with the center line of Route 176, 0.55 miles in an easterly direction
to where the center line of the old County Road leading from Harmons
to Dorsey intersects the same; thence with the center line of the old
County Road in an Easterly direction, 0.4 miles to the center line of
the Pennsylvania Railroad; thence running across country in a
straight line in a southeasterly direction, 0.85 miles to the inter-
section of Maryland Route 170 at the driveway leading to the house
of H. E. Wagner; thence in a northeasterly direction and with the
north boundary of Wagner's Farm (formerly John Smith) 0.7
miles to the head of a small stream, a tributary of Saw Mill Branch;
thence down said stream, in a southeasterly direction, 0.85 miles to
Saw Mill Branch; thence with the center line of the Saw Mill Branch
in a northeasterly direction 1.1 miles to intersect the center line of
the Old Annapolis State Road; thence with the center line of Old
Annapolis State Road in a southerly direction 270 feet to intersect
the center line of Stewart Avenue; thence along the center line of
Stewart Avenue in an easterly direction approximately 0.50 miles to
