IF ANY SUCH NON RESIDENT PERSON, OR PERSONS, OR
HIS OR THEIR LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE, OR REPRE-
SENTATIVES, SHALL APPEAR AT ANY TIME, AFTER SUCH
PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE, THE COUNTY COUNCIL OR
THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OR THE MAYOR
AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE CITY RECEIVING SUCH
PAYMENT SHALL REPAY THE SAME OR A PRO-RATA
SHARE THEREOF, TO THE PERSONS ENTITLED THERETO,
WITHOUT INTEREST.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1961.

AN ACT TO REPEAL AND RE-ENACT, WITH AMENDMENTS,
SECTION 5 OF ARTICLE 70B OF THE ANNOTATED CODE
OF MARYLAND (1960 SUPPLEMENT), TITLE "COMMIS-
SION ON THE AGING", INCREASING THE MAXIMUM PER-
MISSIBLE AMOUNT OF THE GENERAL FUND APPRO-
PRIATION FOR THE STATE COORDINATING COMMISSION
ON THE PROBLEMS OF THE AGING.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 5 of Article 70B of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1960 Supplement), title "Commission on the Aging", be and it is
hereby repealed AND RE-ENACTED, WITH AMENDMENTS, TO
READ AS FOLLOWS:
5. THE GENERAL FUND APPROPRIATION FOR THE COM-
MISSION SHALL NOT EXCEED THE SUM OF THIRTY-SEVEN
THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($37,500).
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1961.

AN ACT to repeal Section 5 of Article 70B of the Annotated Code

repealing the section of the Code which provides that the general
fund appropriation for the State Coordinating Commission on
Problems of the Aging shall not exceed the sum of $25,000.00.
