officer. The executive officer shall notify the ADVISORY Board of
the action of the State Board of Agriculture on the recommendations.
(f) The Board shall submit an annual report to the Governor of
its work and activities.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1961.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections 8 (i),
9 (i), 10 (i), 11 (k), 13 (j), 14 (i), 15 (g), 16 (h), 18 (k), 19 (i),
20 (k) (1) and 20 (k) (2) of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1957 Edition and 1960 Supplement), title "Alcoholic
Beverages", sub-titles "Beer Licenses", "Beer and Light Wine
Licenses" and "Beer, Wine and Liquor Licenses", respectively,
relating to and concerning license fees for certain alcoholic bever-
ages in Prince George's County and revising and changing the
amount of such license fees.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 8 (i), 9 (i), 10 (i), 11 (k), 13 (j), 14 (i), 15 (g), 16
(h), 18 (k), 19 (i), 20 (k) (1) and 20 (k) (2) of Article 2B of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition and 1960 Supplement),
title "Alcoholic Beverages", sub-titles "Beer Licenses", "Beer and
Light Wine Licenses", and "Beer, Wine and Liquor Licenses", re-
spectively, be and are hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amend-
ments, to read as follows:

(i) Prince George's County. In Prince George's County the annual
license fee shall be [one] two hundred ($200) dollars [($100.00)].
ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($125.00).
9.
(i) Prince George's County. In Prince George's County the annual
license fee shall be [one] two hundred and [twenty] forty ($240)
dollars [($120.00)]. ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS
($150.00).
10.
(i) Prince George's County. In Prince George's County the annual
license fee shall be [one] two hundred ($200) dollars [($100.00)].
