(e-1) In Charles County such licenses may be issued for any res-

taurant where the licensee is the owner of the building in which the
restaurant is located, is a resident of Charles County for at least two
years prior to his application and is a registered voter in the county.
The annual fee for such a license shall be Three Hundred and Fifty
Dollars ($350.00).

(n) Such licenses shall only be issued in Baltimore City, and Anne
Arundel, Baltimore, Calvert, Cecil, Charles, Dorchester, Kent, Mont-
gomery, Prince George's, Queen Anne's, Talbot, Washington, Wicom-
ico and Worcester counties.

(f-1) In Charles County such a license may be issued to a bona
fide nonprofit organization or club composed solely of members who
served in the armed forces of the United States, in any war in which
the United States has engaged, which organization or club operates
solely for the use of its own members and their guests when ac-
companied by such members, provided such club or organization
meets in a clubhouse that is used for no other purpose, the fee for
such license shall be two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00).

21 (F) IN CHARLES COUNTY THE FEE FOR SUCH A LI-
CENSE FOR ON AND OFF SALE OF ALL ALCOHOLIC BEVER-
AGES SHALL BE THREE HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS
($350.00) AND THE FEE FOR SUCH A LICENSE AUTHORIZ-
ING OFF SALE FOR LIQUOR AND ON OR OFF SALE FOR
BEER AND WINE SHALL BE TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY
DOLLARS ($250.00).

(j) In [St. Mary's County] Charles and St. Mary's counties, there
shall be a special Class D (on sale) beer license which shall be issued
to any bona fide religious, fraternal, civic, veterans', hospital or
charitable organization, for a period not exceeding ten consecutive

AFTER SECTIONS 18 (H), 20 (F) AND 158 (F) THEREOF,
AND TO READ AS FOLLOWS:

11 (G) IN CHARLES COUNTY THE FEE FOR SUCH A LI-
CENSE SHALL BE ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS
($150.00).

18.

(k) In [Prince George's County] Charles and Prince George's

counties the license fee shall be three hundred dollars ($300.00)

annually.

(H-1) IN CHARLES COUNTY THE LICENSE FEE SHALL
BE THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($300.00) ANNUALLY.

(o) This section shall not apply to Caroline, [Charles,] Dorches-
ter, Garrett, Harford, Kent, Montgomery, St. Mary's, Somerset, Wi-
comico and Worcester counties, in all of which jurisdictions such
licenses shall not be issued.
