for Sale"; and to add new Section 19 (c-1), 20 (f-1) and 158 (f-1)
to the said Article of the Code (1957 Edition), sub titles respec-
tively "Beer, Wine and Liquor Licenses" and "Board of License
Commissioners", to amend the alcoholic beverages laws of Charles
County with respect to issuance of certain permanent and tempo-
rary licenses, hours of sale of beverages and powers of the Board
of License Commissioners to make investigations and pay em-
ployees of the Board.
AN ACT TO REPEAL AND RE-ENACT, WITH AMENDMENTS,
SECTIONS 11 (G), 18 (0), 21 (F), 25 (J) AND 155 (J) OF
ARTICLE 2B OF THE ANNOTATED CODE OF MARYLAND
(1957 EDITION AND 1960 SUPPLEMENT), TITLE "ALCO-
HOLIC BEVERAGES", SUB-TITLES RESPECTIVELY, "BEER,
WINE AND LIQUOR LICENSES", "SPECIAL AND TEMPO-
RARY LICENSES", AND "BOARDS OF LICENSE COMMIS-
SIONERS", AND TO ADD NEW SECTIONS 18(H-l), 20 (F-1)
AND 158 (F-l), TO THE SAID ARTICLE OF THE CODE (1957
EDITION), SUB-TITLES RESPECTIVELY, "BEER, WINE
AND LIQUOR LICENSES" AND "BOARDS OF LICENSE COM-
MISSIONERS", TO FOLLOW IMMEDIATELY AFTER SEC-
TIONS 18 (H), 20 (F) AND 158 (F) THEREOF, TO AMEND
THE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES LAWS OF CHARLES COUN-
TY TO AUTHORIZE THE ISSUANCE OF CERTAIN PERMA-
NENT AND TEMPORARY CLASSES OF LICENSES, TO
CHANGE THE SALARIES OF MEMBERS OF THE BOARD
OF LICENSE COMMISSIONERS AND TO CHANGE THE COM-
PENSATION OF ITS EMPLOYEES, AND TO AUTHORIZE IN-
VESTIGATIONS OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE LICENSEES
AND VIOLATORS.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 18 (k) and (o), 19 (n), 25 (j) of Article 2B of the An-
notated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition and 1960 Supplement),
"title "Alcoholic Beverages", sub titles respectively "Beer, Wine and
Liquor Licenses", "Special and Temporary Licenses", be and they are
hereby repealed and re enacted, with amendments; and that new Sec-
tions 19 (c-1), 2 (f-1) and 158 (f-1) be and they are hereby added
to the said Article of the Code (1957 Edition), sub titles respectively
"Beer, Wine and Liquor Licenses" and "Board of License Commis-
sioners", and all to read as follows:
SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEM-
BLY OF MARYLAND, THAT SECTIONS 11 (G), 18 (O), 21 (F),
25 (J) AND 155 (J) OF ARTICLE 2B OF THE ANNOTATED
