127. Any block or impediment to the free flow of water in a
drainage ditch in Worcester County, by any of the acts or things
listed in Section 126 of this sub-title, is a misdemeanor and subject
to the penalty provided in that section.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1961.

Approved February 27, 1961.

CHAPTER 61

(Senate Bill 128)

AN ACT to repeal Section 159 of Article 24 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Worcester County",
sub-title "Ocean City School Building", repealing an obsolete local
law of Worcester County concerning the Ocean City School Build-
ing Commission, the erection and equipment of a school building
by the Commission, and the control and use of the building so
erected and maintained.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 159 of Article 24 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Worcester County", sub-title
"Ocean City School Building", be and it is hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1961.

Approved February 27, 1961.

CHAPTER 62

(Senate Bill 129)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections 160 and
161 of Article 24 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition), title "Worcester County", sub-title "Orphans'
Court", Section 160 thereof having been amended by Chapter 153
of the Acts of 1935, removing from said sections obsolete references
concerning the compensation of the judges of the Orphans' Court
of Worcester County.

Whereas, Sections 160 and 161 of the local laws of Worcester
County contain obsolete references to the per diem compensation of
the judges of the Orphans' Court; and

Whereas, This compensation now is covered in Section 255 of
Article 93 of the Code; now, therefore

Explanation: Italics indicate new matter added to existing law,

[Brackets] indicate matter stricken from existing law.

CAPITALS indicate amendments to bill.
