Edition), title "Worcester County", sub-title "County Commis-
sioners", increasing the allowance for the publication by the County
Commissioners of Worcester County of a copy of the levy list of
Worcester County, and relating to such publication.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 58 of Article 24 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Worcester County", sub-title
"County Commissioners", be and the same is hereby repealed and
re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

58. The county commissioners shall cause a correct copy of their
levy list to be made out, showing the amount of such levy and the
objects for which the same was made, under general heads; and
shall cause the same to be published in [a newspaper] one or more
newspapers
printed in said county, for at least three successive weeks
previous to the first Wednesday in November, in each year; pro-
vided, that not more than [seventy] three hundred and fifty dollars
be allowed to any paper for such service.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1961.

Approved February 27, 1961.

(Senate Bill 113)

ACT to repeal Sections 61, 62 and 63 of Article 24 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Worcester
County", sub-title "County Commissioners", said sections concern-
ing certain authorizations for the appropriation and spending of
monies from the permanent free school fund, and now being
obsolete.

Whereas, Sections 61, 62 and 63 in the 1930 Edition of the Code
of Public Local Laws for Worcester County contains authorizations
for the appropriation and use of certain monies from the permanent
free school fund; and

Whereas, These three sections were enacted in 1894, 1904 and
1908, respectively, and are now obsolete; now, therefore

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 61, 62 and 63 of Article 24 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Worcester County", sub-
title "County Commissioners", be and they are hereby repealed.
