Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 42 and 43 of Article 24 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title 'Worcester County", sub-
title "Berlin", be and they are hereby repealed; that Sections 64, 65,
66, 67 and 68 of said article, sub-title "County Commissioners", be
and they are hereby repealed; that Sections 226 and 227 of said
article, sub-title "Pocomoke City", be and they are hereby repealed;
and that Sections 325 and 326 of said article, sub-title "Snow Hill",
be and they are hereby repealed.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1961.

CHAPTER 46
(Senate Bill 110)
AN ACT to repeal Section 51 of Article 24 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Worcester County",
sub-title "Circuit Court", sub-heading "Clerk", said section pro-
viding that the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Worcester County
shall not be subject to the provisions of Chapter 313 of the Acts
of 1884.
Whereas, In Section 51 of the local laws of Worcester County
there is a provision that the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall not be
subject to the provisions of Chapter 313 of the Acts of 1884; and
Whereas, This section is unnecessary and should be repealed;
now, therefore
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 51 of Article 24 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Worcester County", sub-title "Cir-
cuit Court", sub-heading "Clerk", be and it is hereby repealed.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1,1961.
