"Dorchester County", sub-title "Fences", repealing a series of local
laws of Dorchester County on the general subject of fences and
joint fences, which laws are either obsolete or unnecessary.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 290-301 inclusive of Article 10 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Dorchester County",
sub-title "Fences", be and they are hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted. That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1961.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 339-343, inclusive, of Article 10 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Dorchester County",
sub-title "Jurors", repealing certain unnecessary and duplicating
local laws of Dorchester County concerning the procedure for
selecting jurors.

Whereas, In the local laws of Dorchester County are a number
of sections which specify the procedure for selecting jurors; and

Whereas, This subject is amply covered in the general laws of
the State so that the local laws are unnecessary; now, therefore,

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 339-343, inclusive, of Article 10 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title "Dorchester County", sub-title
"Jurors", be and they are hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1961.
