Chapter 434 of the Acts of 1933, and including Section 387A of
said Article and sub-title, as enacted by Chapter 253 of the Acts
of 1941 and as amended by Chapter 601 of the Acts of 1945, re-
pealing a series of local laws of Dorchester County under the gen-
eral heading of livestock running at large, and relating generally
to the running-at-large of livestock in Dorchester County.

Whereas, In the local laws of Dorchester County there is a series
of sections relating generally to livestock running at large; and

Whereas, It is felt these sections are all obsolete and outmoded
and may properly be repealed; now, therefore,

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 375-395 inclusive of Article 10 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Dorchester County",
sub-title "Livestock Running At Large", including Section 379A of
said Article and sub-title, as enacted by Chapter 434 of the Acts of
1933, and including Section 387A of said Article and sub-title, as
enacted by Chapter 253 of the Acts of 1941 and as amended by
Chapter 601 of the Acts of 1945, be and they are hereby

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1961.

(Senate Bill 53)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 405 and 406 of Article 10 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Dorchester
County", sub-title "Officers' Fees", repealing certain obsolete local
laws of Dorchester County which concern officers' fees and
accounts.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 405 and 406 of Article 10 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Dorchester County", sub-
title "Officers' Fees", be and they are hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted. That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1961.
