(Senate Bill 46)

AN ACT to repeal Section 209 of Article 10 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Dorchester
County", sub-title "Crier", as said section was last amended by
Chapter 81 of the Acts of 1947, repealing an obsolete and unneces-
sary local law of Dorchester County, concerning the compensation
of the crier of the Circuit Court.

Whereas, In Section 209 of the Local Laws of Dorchester County,
there is an obsolete and unnecessary law concerning the compensa-
tion of the crier of the Circuit Court; and

Whereas, This subject now is adequately covered in Section 110
of Article 36 in the Annotated Code; now, therefore,

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 209 of Article 10 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Dorchester County", sub-title
"Crier", as said section was last amended by Chapter 81 of the Acts
of 1947, be and it is hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1961.

(Senate Bill 47)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 210, 211 and 212 of Article 10 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Dorchester County", sub-title "Crows", said sections having been
amended by Chapter 466 of the Acts of 1941, repealing certain
obsolete and unnecessary laws of Dorchester County on the subject
of crows and bounties payable therefor.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland.
That Sections 210, 211 and 212 of Article 10 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Dorchester County",
