Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 199 of Article 10 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland, title "Dorchester County", sub-title "County Commis-
sioners and Treasurer", sub-heading "Taxes", be and it is hereby
repealed.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
on June 1, 1961.

Approved February 27, 1961.

CHAPTER 28
(Senate Bill 44)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 204, 205 and 206 of Article 10 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Dorchester County", sub-title "County Commissioners and Treas-
urer", repealing certain local laws of Dorchester County which
relate to powers and duties of the County Commissioners and
which are deemed now to be obsolete.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 204, 205 and 206 of Article 10 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Dorchester County",
sub-title "County Commissioners and Treasurer", be and they are
hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1961.

Approved February 27, 1961.

CHAPTER 29

(Senate Bill 45)

AN ACT to repeal Section 208 of Article 10 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Dorchester
County", sub-title "Creeks", repealing a local law of Dorchester
County which changed the name of the former Secretary Creek
and of the former Cambridge Creek, said law now being un-
necessary.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 208 of Article 10 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Dorchester County", sub-title
"Creeks", be and it is hereby repealed.
