the Jacob Tome Institute, this power having been exercised and
the action completed.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 382A of the Code of Public Local Laws of Cecil County
(1953 Edition), being Article 8 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland, title "Cecil County", sub-title "Schools", as said section
was enacted by Chapter 395 of the Acts of 1955, be and it is hereby
repealed.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1961.

AN ACT to repeal Section 6 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Cecil County (1953 Edition, being Article 8 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland), title "Cecil County", sub-title "Back
Creek" and to repeal said sub-title, repealing a local law of Cecil
County which authorized the construction, maintenance and op-
eration of a dam across Back Creek in Cecil County.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 6 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Cecil County
(1953 Edition, being Article 8 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland), title "Cecil County", sub-title "Back Creek", and that
said sub-title be and it is hereby repealed.
