guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be
sentenced to pay a fine of not less than Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00)
nor more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) or to an imprison-
ment not exceeding ninety (90) days, or both, in the discretion of
the court, and any such conviction shall ipso facto revoke and
[annual] annul any license that may have been issued to such person.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1961.

(House Bill 505)
AN ACT to repeal Section 136 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Cecil County (1953 Edition), being Article 8 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title "Cecil County", sub-title "County
Treasurer", repealing a provision in the local laws of Cecil County
concerning the redemption of tax sale property, this section now
being obsolete by reason of the later enactment of the statewide
tax sale law in Article 81 of the Annotated Code.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 136 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Cecil County
(1953 Edition), being Article 8 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland, title "Cecil County", sub-title "County Treasurer", be
and it is hereby repealed.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1961.

to the compensation and expense allowance of the court sten-
ographer of the Second Judicial Circuit, and being obsolete because
