Beach Fire Department, and the Calvert County Rescue Squad. THE
CALVERT COUNTY VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT, INC.,
THE NORTH BEACH VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT, INC.,
AND THE CALVERT VOLUNTEER RESCUE SQUAD, INC., THE
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS ARE AUTHORIZED AND DI-
RECTED TO APPROPRIATE ANNUALLY A SUM TO BE DE-
TERMINED BY THEM OF NOT LESS THAN ONE THOUSAND
DOLLARS ($1,000.00) NOR MORE THAN THREE THOUSAND
DOLLARS ($3,000.00) TO THE FAIR BOARD OF CALVERT
COUNTY. THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS ARE FURTHER
AUTHORIZED TO APPROPRIATE IN AN EMERGENCY A SUM
TO BE DETERMINED BY THEM TO THE CALVERT COUNTY
HOSPITAL.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1961.

CHAPTER 200
(House Bill 328)
AN ACT to add new Section 16 (h-1), to follow immediately after
Section 16 (h) thereof, and to repeal and re-enact, with amend-
ments, Sections 13 (g) and 14 (k) of Article 2B of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1957 Edition), title "Alcoholic Beverages",
sub-title "Beer and Light Wine Licenses", to increase the fees for
certain classes of beer and wine licenses in Wicomico County.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 16 (h-1) be and it is hereby added, to follow im-
mediately after Section 16 (h) thereof, and that Sections 13 (g) and
14 (k) of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edi-
tion), title "Alcoholic Beverages", sub-title "Beer and Light Wine
Licenses", be and they are hereby repealed and re-enacted, with
amendments, and all to read as follows:

(g) In Frederick [County] and Wicomico Counties the annual
license fee for such a license shall be $70.
14.
(k) In Wicomico County the annual license fee for such license
shall be [fifty dollars ($50.00)] one hundred and twenty-five dollars
($125.00).
