Whereas, It is desired to repeal this obsolete law; now, therefore,
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 116 of Article 10 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Dorchester County", sub-title "Camp
Meetings", be and it is hereby repealed.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1961.

CHAPTER 14
(Senate Bill 25)
AN ACT to repeal Sections 130 and 131 of Article 10 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Dorchester
County", sub-title "Cider", repealing obsolete local laws of Dor-
chester County concerning the sale or disposition of certain forms
of cider in District No. 5, and repealing said sub-title.
Whereas, In Sections 130 and 131 of the Local Laws of Dorchester
County there is a law originally enacted in 1908 concerning the sale
or other disposition of certain forms of cider in District No. 5; and
Whereas, This law now is obsolete and outmoded and should be
repealed; now, therefore,
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 130 and 131 of Article 10 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Dorchester County", sub-
title "Cider", be and they are hereby repealed, and that said sub-title
be and it is hereby repealed, as follows:

130. It shall be unlawful for any person or persons, or body cor-
porate, firm or company, to sell or otherwise dispose of by way of
barter, directly or indirectly, any cider made from apple, pear, peach,
or any other manufactured cider, in Election District No. 5, com-
monly Lakes District, in Dorchester County.
131. Any person or persons, or body corporate, firm or company,
who shall violate the above section shall, upon conviction before any
justice of the peace, or Circuit Court of Dorchester County, be fined
in the discretion of the justice of the peace or the judge of the circuit
court, a sum not exceeding fifty dollars, and in default of the pay-
ment of said fine shall be committed to the county jail for a period
not exceeding thirty days.]
