Sec. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1961.

CHAPTER 12
(Senate Bill 23)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 22-38 inclusive of Article 10 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Dorches-
ter County", sub-title "Bridges", repealing a number of sections
in the local laws of Dorchester County which concern the con-
struction or maintenance of bridges, such laws now being either
obsolete or unnecessary.

Whereas, A number of old local laws in the Dorchester County
Code concerning the construction or maintenance of bridges now are
either obsolete or unnecessary because these powers are adequately
covered in Article 25 of the Annotated Code; now, therefore,

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 22-38 inclusive of Article 10 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Dorchester County",
sub-title "Bridges", be and they are hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1961.

(Senate Bill 24)

AN ACT to repeal Section 116 of Article 10 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Dorchester Coun-
ty", sub-title "Camp Meetings", repealing an obsolete local law of
Dorchester County with respect to the holding of camp meetings
or bush meetings therein.

Whereas, In the local laws of Dorchester County, there is an obso-
lete law relating to the holding of camp meetings or bush meetings
and to secure a permit for the holding of such affairs; and
