Charles County (1959 Edition, being Article 9 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Charles County", sub-title
"Orphans' Court", to repeal an obsolete local law of Charles County
specifying the compensation of judges of the Orphans' Court of
the county.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 222 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Charles County
(1959 Edition being Article 9 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland), title "Charles County", sub-title "Orphans' Court", be
and the same is hereby repealed.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted. That this Act shall take effect
June 1,1961.

AN ACT to repeal Section 238 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Charles County (1959 Edition, being Article 9 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Charles County", sub-title
"Register of Wills", and to repeal the sub-title "Register of Wills",
to repeal an obsolete local law of Charles County requiring the
register of wills to keep an index of wills and other testamentary
law matters.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 238 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Charles County
(1959 Edition, being Article 9 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland), title "Charles County", sub-title "Register of Wills", be
and the same is hereby repealed, and that the sub-title "Register of
Wills" be and it is hereby repealed.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1961.
