the Code of the Local Laws of the County, and relating to the
contents of the supplement.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 73A be and it is hereby added to the Code of Public
Local Laws of Charles County (1959 Edition, being Article 9 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Charles County",
sub-title "County Commissioners' to follow immediately after Section
73 thereof, and to be under the new sub-heading "Charles County
Code Supplement", and to read as follows:

73A.

The County Commissioners of Charles County are authorized and
directed to prepare and publish biennially in such form as they shall
determine following each regular session of the General Assembly
in odd years a cumulative supplement to the Code of Public Local
Laws of Charles County. The supplement shall include such ordi-
nances, resolutions or rules of the County Commissioners as the
Commissioners deem desirable to be included in the supplement.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1961.

(House Bill 822)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Chapter 371 of
the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland 1953 Session au-
thorizing the Board of County Commissioners of Prince George's

county to issue general obligation bonds of the County in a sum

not exceeding Eight Hundred Thousand Dollars ($800,000) for the
purpose of making general improvements in the Maryland Wash-
ington Metropolitan District of said County, as defined in this Act;
to provide for the repayment of said bonds and the interest thereon
by a general tax levy against all of the taxable property within said
Maryland Washington Metropolitan District and, in event of a
deficiency by an ad valorem tax levy upon all property within the
corporate limits of said County subject to assessment at the full
County taxation rate; and to provide for the manner of the ex-
penditures of the proceeds of said bonds.

AN ACT TO REPEAL AND RE-ENACT WITH AMENDMENTS
SECTIONS 1 AND 2 OF CHAPTER 371 OF THE ACTS OF THE
GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF 1953 TO REMOVE CERTAIN
