[weight] weigh not less than [four] five and one-half pounds per
gallon.

[(d)] (e) "Water ice or fruit ice" is a pure, clean, frozen product
made from sugar, dextrose, corn syrup in dry or liquid form, water
and harmless fruit or fruit juice flavoring and with or without harm-
less coloring, with not less than 0.35 of one per centum of fruit acid,
as determined by titrating with standard alkali and expressed as
lactic acid, and with or without added "stabilizer" or "emulsifier"
composed of wholesome edible material. It shall contain no milk
solids and weigh not less than five and one-half pounds per gallon.

[(e)] (f) "Milk products" is any clean and wholesome milk cream
and all forms of milk fat and any clean and wholesome milk solids
not fat. This definition relates only to frozen products.

[(f)] (d) "Stabilizers" or emulsifiers are pure edible gelatins or
vegetable gums or any other wholesome edible materials and in such
amounts as may be approved by the State Board of Health.

[(g)] (h) "Imitation ice cream" is any frozen substance, mixture
or compound regardless of the name under which it is represented,
which is made in imitation or semblance of ice cream, or is prepared
or frozen as ice cream is customarily prepared or frozen, and which
is not ice cream, frozen custard, sherbet, water ice or fruit ice or
quiescently frozen confections and quiescently frozen dairy confec-
tions
as they are defined in this section.

[(h) "Frozen ice confections" are "water ice" or "fruit ice" as
herein defined, manufactured into factory-formed individual servings,
which must be purveyed to the consumer in properly identified indi-
vidual packages, bags or suitable sanitary wrappers, except they
may be frozen without agitation, may contain harmless flavoring
and the acid requirements provided for in the definition of "water
ice" or "fruit ice" need not be met.]

[(i) "Frozen sherbet confections" are sherbet as herein defined,
manufactured into factory-formed individual servings, which must
be purveyed to the consumer in properly identified individual pack-
ages, bags or suitable sanitary wrappers, except they may be frozen
without agitation, may contain harmless flavoring and the acid re-
quirements provided for in the definition of "sherbet" need not be
met, and it may contain not more than fourteen per centum by weight
of total milk solids, of which not more than two and one-half per
centum may be milk fat.]

[(j) Frozen ice confections or frozen sherbet confections shall be
manufactured for sale, stored, sold or dispensed only in individual
portions, packages or containers prepared in such form at the place
of manufacture and cannot be used in the manufacture of milk
shakes. Every such individual portion, package or container shall be
labeled in letters not less than 1/8 inch in size with the words "Frozen
Ice Confection", or "Frozen Sherbet Confections", respectively.]

(i) ''Quiescently Frozen Confections" mean a clean and wholesome
frozen, sweetened, flavored product in the manufacture of which
freezing has not been accompanied by stirring or agitation. This
confection may be acidulated with harmless organic acid, may contain
milk solids, may be made with or without added harmless pure or
imitation flavoring, with or without added harmless coloring. The
finished product may contain not more than one-half of one (1/2) per
