MESSAGE TO THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES
SENATE OP MARYLAND

Annapolis, Md., May 31, 1962.
By Senator Pine:
Gentlemen of the House of Delegates:

We have received your Message, stating that the House of Delegates
refuses to concur in Senate Amendments to House Bill No. 1, introduced
by the Speaker, and requesting the Senate to recede from its position.
The Senate refuses to recede from its position, and requests the appoint-
ment of a Conference Committee, three on the part of the House and
three on the part of the Senate, to confer on the disagreeing vote of the
two Houses.

We have appointed on the part of the Senate, Senators Malkus,
Wheatley and James.

Said bill is attached herewith.
