House Resolution No. 14—By the Baltimore City Delegation:

House Resolution congratulating the Honorable Carl W. Bacharach
upon his nomination for a judgeship on the People's Court of
Baltimore City and for various and divers achievements.

The Honorable Delegate from the Fifth District of Baltimore City
is now completing twelve years of service in this House. He has
been a member of many important committees appointed by this
Body.

During the years that he has been with us, he has endeared him-
self to us in many respects.

He has charmed us with his wit and delighted us with his intelli-
