select the third. Within three weeks following completion of selection
of the Board of Arbitration, such Board shall hear the appeal, giving
the appellant at least five (5) days' written notice of the date, hour
and place thereof. The decision rendered by the Board of Arbitra-
tion shall be binding on all parties concerned. For his services in
hearing the appeal, each member of the Board of Arbitration shall
be paid the sum of twenty ($20. 00) dollars. If the Board of Arbitra-
tion affirms the action of the Board of Electrical Examiners and
Supervisors, the $60. 00 deposited by the appellant shall be used to
pay the compensation of the members of the Board of Arbitration.
If, however, the Board of Arbitration reverses the action of the
Board of Electrical Examiners and Supervisors and either permits
the appellant to take the written examination or orders the Board
of Electrical Examiners and Supervisors to issue the appellant the
license for which he was examined, then the $60. 00 deposit shall be
refunded to the appellant, and the Board of Electrical Examiners
and Supervisors shall pay the compensation of the Board of Arbitra-
tion.

Persons who have failed written examinations for either class^ of
license, and who have not appealed to the Board of Arbitration,
shall not be entitled to re-examination until the following periods
have elapsed from the date of the preceding examination:
(a) After first examination, not less than three months
(b) After second examination, not less than six months
(c) After third examination, not less than twelve months

The license year for both Master and Restricted Electrician Li-
censes shall run front, May 1st through April 30. Any person, firm
or corporation granted either class of license under the provisions
of this chapter shall, unless said license or a renewal thereof has
been suspended or revoked, be granted a renewal as a matter of
course and without examination provided the application for re-
newal is made by the holder of the license prior to midnight of
April 30th of each year. The annual renewal fee for Master Elec-
trician license shall be $25. 00, and for Restricted Electrician li-
censes shall be $10. 00. Any license which has not been renewed by
midnight of April 30th may, in the discretion of the Board, be re-
newed prior to midnight of May 31st upon the payment by the
licensee of the renewal fee plus a delinquency penalty of $10. 00.
Any licensee who has not renewed his license prior to midnight of
May 31st shall be required to submit to written examination as a
prerequisite to securing a license thereafter.

Either class of license may be issued to a firm or corporation pro-
vided that the firm or corporation regularly employs an individual
who has demonstrated his qualifications for the class of license de-
sired. In such case the license shall show on its face both the name
of the firm or corporation and the name of the individual who has
qualified for the class of license desired.
