203A. THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS MAY, IN THEIR
SOUND DISCRETION, CLOSE THE COUNTY DEPARTMENTS
AND OFFICES ON SATURDAY. HOWEVER, IF THE SAME BE
CLOSED ON SATURDAY, AS PROVIDED HEREIN, THEY
SHALL REMAIN OPEN FROM 9:00 A. M. UNTIL 5:00 P. M. ON
THE PRECEDING MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1959.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, sub-sections (b)
and (g) of Section 76 of Article 26 of the Annotated Code of Mary-

203A. The County Courthouse and the offices therein may be

closed all day Saturday, but shall be open from 6:00 P. M. to

9:00 P. M. on those Thursdays on which the Courthouse has been

open for normal business hours.

(Senate Bill 535)

AN ACT to add a new Section 203A to the Code of Public Local
Laws of Anne Arundel County (1947 Edition, the same being
Article 2 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title
"Anne Arundel County", sub-title "Circuit Court", to follow im-
mediately after Section 203 thereof, relating to the time during
which the Anne Arundel County Courthouse shall be open and
closed.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That a new Section 203A be and it is hereby added to the Code of
Public Local Laws of Anne Arundel County (1947 Edition, the same
being Article 2 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland),
title "Anne Arundel County", sub-title "Circuit Court", said new
section to follow immediately after Section 203 of said Article, and
to read as follows:
