owners of the sub-division, or any part thereof, propose to re-sub-
divide the same in a manner different from the recorded plat or plats,
there shall be recorded a plat which shall clearly indicate the lines,
designation of blocks and block numbers, lots and lot numbers,
streets, alleys, rights of way, and all other easements or pertinent
data of the original recorded plat or plats, with the proposed re-sub-
division plat superimposed thereon clearly indicating the lines, desig-
nation of blocks and block numbers, lots and lot numbers, streets,
alleys, rights of way, and all other easements and pertinent data
thereof. The aforementioned plat shall be recorded in addition to any
other plats required by this section.

(d) If IN WORCESTER COUNTY IF the owner or owners of
two or more contiguous tracts of land propose to combine said tracts
and sub-divide the same, the owner or owners shall have recorded, as
provided herein and in addition to any other plat required by this
section, a plat to be known as a perimeter plat. This perimeter plat
shall clearly show the lines of the original tracts and shall include
a title reference to each of said tracts, and shall have superimposed
thereon a plat showing the proposed sub-division of the entire tract.
Provided, however, if less than the entire tract is sub-divided, at any
one time, each subsequent sub-division plat shall likewise be super-
imposed on such a perimeter plat which plat also shall clearly show
all prior sub-divisions thereof made pursuant to this sub-section.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1959.

CHAPTER 532
(Senate Bill 233)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections 436A
and 436B of the Charter and Public Local Laws of Baltimore
City (1949 Edition, being Article 4 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland) as amended by Chapter 587 of the Acts of
1955, title "Baltimore City", sub-title "People's Court", relating
to pension provisions for judges of the People's Court of Baltimore
City.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 436A and 436B of the Charter and Public Local Laws
of Baltimore City (1949 Edition, being Article 4 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland) as amended by Chapter 587 of the
Acts of 1955, title "Baltimore City", sub-title "People's Court", be and
the same are hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to
read as follows:

436A. Every elected Judge of the People's Court of Baltimore
City shall be paid, after the termination of his active service, if he
