Maryland-Washington Regional District boundary line; thence in
a southerly direction with and along the said west right of way line
of Branch Avenue to the intersection of the said west right of way
line with the south 69° 06' East, 1375.75 foot boundary line of Charles
G. Schultz Subdivision, recorded, among the Land Records of Prince
George's County, Maryland, in Plat Book B.B. 7 as Plat No. 93;
thence in a westerly, southerly and easterly direction with and along
the north, west and southern boundary lines of said subdivision to
the intersection of the north 83° 1' west, 722.1 foot boundary line
of said Charles G. Schultz Subdivision with the west right of way
line of said Branch Avenue; thence in a southerly direction with
and along the said west right of way line of Branch Avenue to a

point north of, and at right angles to and 300 feet distant from the

north line of the road running between Clinton and Woodyard; thence
