105A. Wicomico County.

In Wicomico County, (1) a Class B "on sale" hotel and restaurant
license
FOR THE SALE OF BEER, WINE AND LIQUOR author-
izes the sale or disposal of
SUCH alcoholic beverages between
the hours of ten o'clock a.m. and 12 o'clock midnight, Monday to
Saturday, inclusive, and at no other times; (2) a Class C "on sale"
club license authorizes the sale or disposal of alcoholic beverages be-
tween the hours of ten o'clock a.m. on any day and one o'clock a.m.
on the following day, Monday to Friday, inclusive; and from ten
o'clock a.m. to twelve o'clock midnight on Saturday; and at no other
times.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1959.

CHAPTER 423
(Senate Bill 558)

AN ACT to legalize the 1959 Edition of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Queen Anne's County, being Article 18 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, compiled and edited by James
E. Thompson, Jr., and to authorize and empower the County
Commissioners of Queen Anne's County to appropriate sufficient
funds to provide for publication and copyrighting said Code and
further provide for the sale and distribution thereof.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the 1959 Edition of the Code of Public Local Laws of Queen
Anne's County, being Article 18 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland, compiled and edited by James E. Thompson, Jr., be and
the same is hereby legalized. Said Code shall be deemed and taken
in all the Courts of the State and by all Justices of the Peace and
Trial Magistrates of the State and by all other public officials of
the State to be evidence of the Public Local Laws of Queen Anne's
County in existence at the time of compilation. Said Code shall
contain all Public Local Laws relating to Queen Anne's County in
effect at the completion of the 1959 Session of the General Assembly
of Maryland.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That the County Commis-
sioners of Queen Anne's County be and they are hereby authorized
and empowered to make an appropriation to provide for the publica-
tion and copyrighting of said Code and they further may provide
for the sale and distribution of said Code.
