(4)    A license under this section does not 'permit sales during or
at a dance. In no event shall a licensee sell alcoholic beverages in
that portion of the premises where a dance is in progress, or to
knowingly sell alcoholic beverages to be consumed in said portion of
the premises where a dance is in progress.

(n) Applicability.—Such licenses shall only be issued in Balti-
more City, and Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Calvert, Cecil, Dorchester,
Kent, Montgomery, Prince George's, Queen Anne's, Talbot, Wash-
ington, Wicomico and Worcester counties.

20.

(m-1). Wicomico County.(1) In Wicomico County the annual
fee for such a license shall be $250 annually for a club with from 50
to 99 bona fide, dues-paying members, $500 annually for a club with
from 100 to 299 such members, $750 annually for a club with from
300 to 599 such members, and $1,000 annually for a club with 600 or
more members.
PROVIDED THAT THE LICENSE FEE SHALL
BE ESTABLISHED ON THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF DUES
PAYING MEMBERS DURING THE CALENDAR YEAR IMME-
DIATELY PRECEDING THE APPLICATION FOR A LICENSE.

(2)  Such a license may be issued in Wicomico County for a bona
fide, non-profit fraternal, social or veterans' club which (i) has been
incorporated for a period of not less than five years immediately
prior to the filing of the application; (ii) is in a club house or
premises used principally for a club and neither directly nor in-
directly operated as a public business; (iii) has had not fewer than
AT LEAST 100 bona fide, dues-paying members during the one year
immediately prior to the filing of the application, except that if the
club is composed solely of members who served in the armed forces of
the United States, a minimum of 50 such members are sufficient; (iv)
has facilities for preparing and serving food on the premises to the
members and their guests. This license for a club permits consump-
tion on the premises only.

(3) All alcoholic beverages, other than beer and light wine, sold
or offered for sale in Wicomico County, pursuant to the provisions of
this or any other section or sections, shall be purchased from the
Wicomico County Liquor Control Board, and each bottle shall be
stamped or otherwise designated "on sale only" by said Board.

(n) Applicability.—Such licenses shall only be issued in the City of
Baltimore, in Allegany, Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Cecil, Frederick,
Kent, Montgomery, Prince George's, Queen Anne's, Talbot [and] ,
Washington and Wicomico counties, in the towns of North Beach
and Chesapeake Beach in Calvert County and in Cambridge election
district No. 7 and Linkwood election district No. 14 in Dorchester
County.

60.

(h-1). Wicomico County.In Wicomico County, before a license is
issued, the Board of License Commissioners shall make a physical
inspection of the proposed licensed premises, shall satisfy themselves
of the moral character and financial responsibility of the applicant,
the appropriateness of the location where such licensed business is
to be conducted, taking into consideration the number of licenses
