J. MILLARD TAWES, GOVERNOR 31
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 133 of Article 15 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Kent County", sub-title "Circuit
Court", sub-heading "Court Stenographer", said section having been
last amended by Chapter 588 of the Acts of 1949, be and it is hereby
repealed.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1959.

CHAPTER 26
(Senate Bill 82)
AN ACT to repeal Sections 160 to 166, inclusive, of Article 15 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Kent
County", sub-title "Dogs", said sections generally regulating dogs
in Kent County and being unnecessary by reason of the State-wide
laws on this subject as found in Article 56 of the Annotated Code.
Whereas, In Sections 160 to 166, inclusive, of the Local Laws of
Kent County there are provisions concerning generally the keeping
and licensing of dogs; and
Whereas, These laws are unnecessary since the subject is fully
and adequately covered in the State-wide dog laws as found in Article
56 of the Annotated Code; now, therefore
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 160 to 166, inclusive, of Article 15 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Kent County",
