[(34)] (26) For issuing any attachment for contempt, [$2.00]

[(35)] (27) For issuing a writ of mandamus, [$2.00] $3.00;
[(36)] (28) For continuing case [of] on docket, [$.50] $1.00;

[(37)] (29) For issuing supplementary proceedings and enter-
ing return thereof, [$2.00] $3.00;

[(38)] (30) For entering any confessed judgment, [$3.75]

$5.50;

[(39)] (31) For recording the full proceedings of any action of
ejectment among the judicial records of the Court, [$10.00] $15.00;

[(40)] (32) For receiving, filing, indexing, and entering [certi-
ficate of discharge of] any Federal tax lien, [$1.50] $2.25;

[(41)] (S3) For receiving, collecting and paying over all public
money—5% except the clerk of the Court of Common Pleas and the
clerk of the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, who shall receive
3% commission; [.]

[(42)] (34) No charge shall be made by the clerks of court
against the county commissioners of any county of the State for any
of the services enumerated herein, rendered such county, except
with the consent of the county commissioners of such county; nor
shall the charge herein provided for be made against the Com-
ptroller of the treasury. State of Maryland, for any services per-
formed in connection with the recording and indexing of property
liens arising under the Maryland income tax law or the Maryland
Retail Sales and Use Tax Act;

[(43)] (35) For any services rendered by the clerk of any court
of this State not covered or enumerated herein, the said clerk shall
be entitled to demand and receive a reasonable fee for said services.
If any party to any proceeding shall feel aggrieved at any charge
made under paragraph [(42)] (34) of this section, such party may
submit the reasonableness of any such charge to the judge of the
court in which said charge was made, and the said judge of the court
shall determine what is a reasonable charge for such service.

(b) The Clerks of the various Equity Courts of this State may
charge and shall be entitled to receive the fees hereinafter set forth
for the performance of their duties, as follows:

(1)    Divorce cases: [$7.50] $20.00 for Docket Space for the fol-
lowing cases: Bill for Divorce a mensa et thoro; a vinculo matrimonii;
Permanent Alimony or annulment, including all papers up to and
including the decree. The above charge includes two (2) copies of the
decree. Any additional papers filed after the decree shall be charged
for at the rate of [40c] 60c per line for Docket entries, and addi-
tional copies of decrees shall be [$1.00] $1.50 each.

(2)    Petition for adoption: [$5.00] $11.25 for Docket Space and
one copy of decree. Any additional copies of the decree shall be
[$1.00] $1.50 each.

(3)    Petition for change of name: [$5.00] $11.25 for Docket
