(5)    Foreclosure cases: (Real Estate) [$18.75] $28.00 for the
following Docket Entries: Petition for Foreclosure; Exhibit (Mort-
gage Standard Form); Decree; Statement of Mortgage Claim ;
bond; Report of Sales; Ratified Nisi Order; Certificate of Publica-
tion; Trustees' Report of Sale finally ratified and confirmed; Audi-
tor's Report and Account; Ratified Nisi Order and Auditor's Re-
port and Account finally ratified and confirmed. The above charges
include recording and docket space. For any papers filed in the pro-
ceedings, other than those above mentioned, an additional charge
of [40c] 60c per line shall be charged for Docket Space; and where
the additional papers are to be recorded, [65c] $1.00 per page shall
be charged. (Chattels) [$12.75] $19.00 for Docket Entries from
Petition for foreclosure up to and including final ratification of
Auditor's Account. For any papers filed other than the above men-
tioned, an additional charge of [40c] 60c per line for Docket Space.
If case is entered 'Satisfied" or "Dismissed by Order of Court," after
Petition for Foreclosure, Exhibit and Decree are filed, costs shall
be [$5.00] $10.00.

(6)    All cases except those listed above shall be charged at the
rate of [40c] 60c per line, or [$20.00] $30.00 per page for Docket
Entries. No costs shall be less than [$6.50] $10.00 per case for
Docket Entries.

(7) Whenever recording of proceedings is made, the charge for
each page shall be [65c] $1.00.

(8) For recording Short Release, [75c] $1.00;

[(9) For recording Long Release, $2.00;]

[(10)] (9) For recording Bonds in any case, [75c] $3.00;

[(11)] (10) For filing Claims, [25c] $.50;

[(12)] (11) For furnishing certificate of "No Divorce," [$1.00]

$1.50;

[(13)] (12) For a certified copy of any Court paper, a charge
of [$.50] $.75 each shall be made when a copy is supplied. If copies
are [typed] made by the Clerk, an additional fee, at the rate of [65c]
$1.00 per page shall be charged.

(13) For recording mechanics' liens—$2.00 per page or portion
thereof for recording. In addition thereto the Clerk shall charge the
sum of $.50 per name for each name to be indexed on said instrument,
the names of husband and wife to be counted separately.

Sec. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1959.
