(4)     The names of all persons entitled to damages, and the
amounts of same.

(5)     The names of all persons entitled to compensation for
adopted improvements previously constructed, and the amount of
the same.

(6)    The total estimated cost of the improvements, including
construction, damages, compensations, and organization expenses.

(7)    The sum or amount which each owner or possessor or person
benefited shall be assessed as his share of the total cost of the drain-
age improvements, and its proportion of the whole.

(8)     The name of the proposed organization, which shall be
styled "The..........................................................................................Public Drainage As-
sociation."

They shall file with their report maps and profiles, likewise in trip-
licate, which shall show:

(1)     The location of the proposed ditches or drains or other
improvements [by courses and distances] on a map, drawings or
aerial photograph to a suitable scale.

(2)    A general delineation of the boundary of the area affected,
with the general location in the county indicated.

(3)    A general delineation of the boundaries of the lands within
the area owned by each individual assessed, with an estimate of the
acreage which each contains.

(4)     The dimensions and profiles of the proposed ditches or
drains or other improvements.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1959.

(Senate Bill 266)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 295, 301, 302, 309 to 313, inclusive, and
315 to 330, inclusive, of Article 15 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Kent County", sub-title
"Roads"; to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections 296,
299, 300, 306, 307, 308, 314, 331, 332, 333 and 334 of said Article
and sub-title; and to repeal Sections 297 and 298 of said Article
and sub-title and to enact new Sections 297 and 298 in lieu thereof
to stand in the place of the sections so repealed, revising the laws
concerning roads and the county road system in Kent County and
