156Q. When [land or] personal property is in the hands of a
Fiduciary in the Orphans' Court or Equity Court, and the taxes
thereon are in arrears, under the provisions of this sub-title, the
Treasurer of Kent County shall enforce the payment of such taxes
in the same manner as if such [land and] personal property were
not in the hands of a Fiduciary.

156X. All State and County taxes on real estate shall be liens on
the real estate in respect of which they are levied from the date they
become payable [; provided that where two or more parcels of land
are owned by and assessed to the same person or persons, one or
more parcels may be sold for taxes upon all or any thereof; and from
the date of the filing of the petition for the ratification of such sale
by the Court the taxes upon all of such parcels, for non-payment of
which one or more of said parcels may be sold, shall be liens upon all
the land so sold].

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That nothing in this Act shall
be construed or applied to affect any transaction for the tax sale of
property under the tax .sales laws heretofore existing if such trans-
action is still unsettled or incompleted for any reason.

Sec. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1959.

AN ACT to repeal Section 56 of Article 24 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Worcester County", sub-
title "County Commissioners"; and to repeal and re-enact, with
amendments, Section 57 of said Article and sub-title, as last
amended by Chapter 541 of the Acts of 1951, adding an PROVID-
ING FOR additional County Commissioner COMMISSIONERS in
Worcester County, providing for the several County Commissioner
Districts therein and relating generally to the office of County
Commissioner in Worcester County.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 56 of Article 24 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Worcester County", sub-title
"County Commissioners", be and it is hereby repealed; and that
Section 57 of said Article and sub-title, as last amended by Chapter
541 of the Acts of 1951, be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted,
with amendments, to read as follows:

57. At the General Election to be held on the first Tuesday after
the first Monday in November, [1934] 1962, and every fourth year
