(c)  One member from the Prince George's County Industrial De-
velopment Committee, to be named and designated by the Chairman
of said Industrial Committee;

(d)   One member from the Fire Service Extension Department
of the University of Maryland, to be named and designated by the
President of the University of Maryland;

(e)   One member from the Prince George's County Municipal
Association, to be named and designated by the President of said
Association;

(f)  One member THREE MEMBERS from the Prince George's
County Civic Federation, to be named and designated by the Presi-
dent of said Federation; ONE OF WHOM SHALL BE A RESI-
DENT OF AN INCORPORATED MUNICIPALITY AND TWO OF
WHOM SHALL BE RESIDENTS OF THE UNINCORPORATED
AREA OF THE COUNTY BUT FROM DIFFERENT GEO-
GRAPHICAL SECTIONS OF THE COUNTY;

(g)   One member TWO MEMBERS from the Prince George's
County Chamber of Commerce, to be named and designated by the
President of said Chamber, ONE OF WHOM SHALL BE A RESI-
DENT OF AN INCORPORATED MUNICIPALITY OF SAID
COUNTY AND THE OTHER A RESIDENT OF THE UNINCOR-
PORATED AREA OF SAID COUNTY;

(h) Four members from the Prince George's County Volunteer
Firemen's Association, to be named and designated by the President
BOARD OF DIRECTORS of said Association; no one of which
designees of said Firemen's Association shall be from the same Fire
Company or from the same Election District as any other such
designee.

In the event any of the officials named above as a designor shall
fail to name and designate a member of said Committee, as here-
inabove provided, then the President of the Board of County Com-
missioners of Prince George's County shall name and designate a
person holding membership in such organization for which no
appointment was made to serve on such Committee. In the event
there is a vacancy on said Committee by reason of the death, resigna-
tion or refusal to serve by any designee of any official named above
as a designor then such designor shall name a successor for such
designee so deceased, resigning or refusing to serve. In the event
any designor named above shall name a designee who has previously
been designated by any other designor, then another person shall
be named to fill the membership on the Committee hereby created.

3. The functions and duties of the Committee hereby created shall
include, but not be limited to:

(a)  The study and review of existing legislation respecting fire
taxes and related services in Prince George's County;

(b)  The study and review of fire services rendered and anticipated
financial needs for additional fire services by existing Fire Companies
in Prince George's County;

(c)   The study and review of fire services needed for areas in
Prince George's County now developing and expanding;

(d)  The study and review of Fire Tax moneys received and the
distribution of same to existing Fire Companies;
