be located.; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, THAT ANY OPERATOR
LICENSED UNDER THIS SUB-SECTION WHO DESIRES TO
DISCONTINUE THE OPERATION OF THE MACHINES WHICH
HE MAY OWN, UPON APPLICATION TO THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AND WITH THE APPROVAL
THEREOF, MAY OFFER SUCH MACHINES FOR SALE.
(b) Any person [, firm or corporation] or persons who [does] do
not desire to maintain and operate any such amusement devices but
merely to sell or lease the same, may obtain a license therefor, pro-
vided such person [, firm or corporation] or persons [has] have the
qualifications required of a licensee under Sub-section (b) of 84C of
this sub-title, upon application to the said License Clerk and upon
the payment of an annual license fee of [$2,000.00] $5,000,00, which
license shall only authorize such licensee to sell or lease such amuse-
ment machines or devices to licensees for the maintenance and opera-
tion of such amusement machines under a license authorized by this
sub-title, except as authorized in sub-section (a) of this section.
(c) [Said application shall be in writing under oath and shall set
forth the name of the applicant, a description of the premises where
such amusement devices are sought to be maintained, a description
of the amusement devices sought to be licensed, sold or leased. and
such other information as the said Clerk may require, and] Every
application for a license under this sub-title in Charles County as
provided in paragraph (a) shall be made to the Clerk upon forms
prescribed by the Board of County Commissioners and sworn to by
the applicant AND ALL OTHER PERSONS HAVING ANY IN-
TEREST IN THE OPERATION OF THE AMUSEMENT DEVICES
SOUGHT TO BE LICENSED. Every such application shall contain
the following: (1) name and residence of the applicant and how long
he has resided at that address; (2) a statement that the applicant is a
citizen of the United States and if naturalized, where and when; (3) a
statement the applicant has for five TWO years next preceding the
filing of his application been a resident AND A REGISTERED
VOTER of Charles County; (4) the age and color of the applicant,
the place of birth of the applicant; (5) the particular place where
the machines for which application for license is made shall be
operated, designating the same by street and number if practical,
and if not, by such other description as definitely locates the prem-
ises and also a description of the position of the building in which
the machines will be operated; (6) the name of the owner of the
premises in which the machines sought to be licensed will be oper-
ated; (7) a statement as to whether the applicant or any other
person who has any pecuniary interest, either direct or indirect, in
the operation of machines sought to be licensed, has been charged
with or convicted of any criminal offense and, if so, the date the
nature of, the place where charged and the disposition of such crimi-
nal charge; (8) a statement giving the pecuniary interest which the
applicant has in the premises where the machines sought to be licensed
are to be operated and a statement giving the names of all other
persons, firms or corporations who have any interest in the operation
of the machines sought to be licensed, whether direct or indirect, and
the nature and the amount of interest which each such individual
has, whether in the premises, in the machines, or in the income
which may be derived therefrom; (9) a statement as to whether the
applicant and all other persons, firms or corporations which have
