Sections 75 and 76, all of said Article, sub-title "County Commis-
sioners", be and they are hereby repealed, and to enact in lieu
thereof new Sections 69, 71, 73, 74, 75 and 76, respectively, to stand
in the place and stead of the sections so repealed; and Section 77,
as said section was last amended by Chapter 175 of the Acts of
1951, be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments,
and Section 78, be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with
amendments, and Sections 79, 80, 81, 82, 83, 84 and 85, be and they
are hereby repealed, and Sections 89 and 90 be and they are hereby

Section 250 be and it is hereby enacted in lieu thereof, to stand in
