sub-title "Plumbers"; to repeal Sections 402, 403, 404 and 405
of said Article, sub-title "Rivers", and to enact in lieu thereof

new Section 402 to stand in the place of said section so repealed;

to repeal and re-enact with amendments, Sections 406 and 407,
to repeal Sections 408, 409, 410 and 411, to repeal and re-enact,
with amendments, Section 411 A, as said section was enacted by
Chapter 631 of the Acts of 1941, and to repeal Section 412, to
repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 413, to repeal
Section 414, to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections 415
and 416, to repeal Sections 417 and 418, to repeal and re-enact,
with amendments, Section 419, to repeal Section 420, to repeal
and re-enact, with amendments, Section 421, to repeal Sections
422, 423, 424, 427 and 428, to repeal and re-enact, with amend-
ments, Sections 429 and 430, to repeal Sections 431, 433, 434,
436, 437, 438 and 439 of said Article, sub-title "Roads"; to repeal
Sections 501, 502, 503, 504, 505 and 506 of said Article, sub-title
"Schools"; to repeal Sections 507 and 508 of said Article, sub-
title "Sheriff"; to repeal Sections 552 and 553 of said Article,
sub-title "Vagrants"; and to repeal Section 555 of said Article,
sub-title "Witnesses"; repealing, revising and generally correcting
the Local Laws of Talbot County which deal more directly with
the subjects of camp meetings, cemeteries, the Circuit Court, the
County Clerk and Register of Wills, the County Commissioners,
the County Treasurer, the Crier, dogs, election districts, fences,
fire companies, foxes, harbor masters, jurors, licenses, man-
ufactories, oysters, plumbers, rivers, roads, schools, the sheriff,
vagrants, and witnesses; repealing obsolete laws, revising archaic
language, and enacting new laws in lieu of certain repealed
sections which would be applicable to the contemporary time
and way of life relating to the subject matter aforesaid and with-
out substantially altering the intent of laws which have been
repealed, replaced, amended or re-enacted as the intent was ex-
pressed upon enactment or as amended from time to time; and
relating generally to those subjects aforementioned which have
been superseded or are in conflict with the laws of the State of
Maryland or which by mere lapse of time have lost their purpose,
force, effect, pertinency and usefulness, all of which is local in
nature and relating only to Talbot County; and generally amend-
ing, revising, repealing and concerning the Public Local Laws of
Talbot County.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 42, 43, 44 and 45 of Article 21 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Talbot County",
sub-title "Camp Meetings", be and they are hereby repealed, and
new Section 43 be and it is hereby enacted in lieu thereof, to stand
in the place and stead of the sections so repealed; and Sections 46,
47 and 48 of said Article, sub-title "Cemetery" be and they are
hereby repealed; and Sections 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56 and 58, as said
latter section was last amended by Chapter 588 of the Acts of 1949,
Sections 61, 62 and 63 of said Article, sub-title "Circuit Court",
be and they are hereby repealed; and Section 64 of said Article,
sub-title "Clerk and Register of Wills", be and it is hereby repealed ;
and Sections 66, 68, 69, and Sections 69A and 69B, as these two
sections were enacted by Chapter 25 of the Acts of 1933, be and
they are hereby repealed, and Sections 69C, 69D, 69E, as these
