sub-title "Clerk and Register of Wills"; to repeal Sections 66,
68, 69 and Sections 69A and 69B, as these two sections were
enacted by Chapter 25 of the Acts of 1933, and to repeal Sections
69C, 69D, 69E, as these three sections were enacted by Chapter
736 of the Acts of 1945, and to repeal Sections 70, 71, 72, 73, 74,
74A, 74B and 74C, as these three latter sections were enacted by
Chapter 502 of the Acts of 1931; and to repeal Sections 75 and
