nance, development and operation of the park systems WITHIN THE
SAID MARYLAND-WASHINGTON METROPOLITAN DISTRICT
in said counties as well as the debt service required by its outstand-
ing bonds or bonds issued in the future. The said Commission shall
expend or disburse that proportion of said tax collected from Mont-
gomery County within Montgomery County and that proportion col-
lected from Prince George's County within Prince George's County.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That except as otherwise pro-
vided herein, all Acts or parts of Acts or laws and parts of laws in-
consistent herewith or contrary hereto are hereby repealed to the
extent of such inconsistency.

Sec. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act is hereby declared
to be an emergency measure and necessary for the immediate preser-
vation of the public health and safety, and having been passed by a
yea and nay vote, supported by three-fifths of all the members of the
two houses of the General Assembly of Maryland, the same shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 782
(House Bill 402)

AN ACT to add three new sections to Article 89B of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1957 Edition), title "State Roads", sub-title
"Bridge, Tunnel and Motorway Revenue Bonds", said new sections
to be known as Sections 120A, 120B and 120C, to follow imme-
diately after Section 120 of said Article, designating the Susque-
hanna River Toll Bridge, the Potomac River Toll Bridge, the
Chesapeake Bay Toll Bridge, the Baltimore Harbor Tunnel, some-
times known as the Patapsco Tunnel, and their approaches as part
of the State Highway System and authorizing the State Roads
Commission to adopt certain rules and regulations, relating to the
use thereof, and providing penalties for the violation of said rules
and regulations, and prohibiting the entry into and the passage
through the Baltimore Harbor Tunnel and over the aforemen-
tioned bridges and their approaches of certain explosives and
other dangerous articles and cargo.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That three new sections be and are hereby added to Article 89B of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition), title "State Roads",
sub-title "Bridge, Tunnel and Motorway Revenue Bonds", said new
sections to be known as Sections 120A, 120B and 120C, to follow
immediately after Section 120 thereof, and to read as follows:
