80, 98, 85, and 82 of this Article shall not apply to the area of any
such municipal corporation, except as hereinafter provided.

(f)  Agreements authorized.—The Commission or the Montgomery
County Planning Board or either is authorized to enter into an agree-
ment with any such municipal corporation providing for the exer -
cise of the planning and zoning jurisdiction and powers of the Com-
mission or the Board within the area included in the municipal cor-
poration.

(g)  Effect of Agreement.—Upon the execution of such agreement
all the ordinances and regulations of the Commission or the Mont-
gomery County Planning Board and the District Council, in effect
in the remainder of the Regional District within Montgomery Coun-
ty, and all provisions of this sub-title, shall apply to the area in-
cluded in the municipal corporation. The administrative tax pro-
vided for in Section 93 of this Article shall thenceforth be levied
and collected within the area of the municipal corporation as the
tax is levied and collected throughout the remainder of the Region-
al District in Montgomery County.

(h) Municipal governing body as District Council.—The agree-
ment may contain a provision that the governing body of the mu-
nicipal corporation shall act as the District Council for the municipal
corporation. In such case the governing body shall exercise solely
within the area of the municipal corporation all the power granted
to the District Council by this sub-title.

(i) Recommendations to municipal corporation.—The Commission
or the Montgomery County Planning Board shall have the right
in any event whenever it deems it proper to submit recommend-
ations to any such municipal corporation with respect to any plan-
ning or zoning action under consideration by the municipal cor-
poration, and such recommendation of the Commission or the Board
shall be incorporated as a part of the record of such action by the
municipal corporation.

(j) Termination of agreements.—Any agreement entered into be-
tween the Commission or the Montgomery County Planning Board
and any municipal corporation as provided, in this section shall be
irrevocable and shall remain in effect as written until and unless
revoked or amended, as the case may be, by mutual action of the
Commission or the Planning Board and such municipal corporation.

60. Definitions For Regional District.

For the purposes of this sub-title the word "road" or "roads"
means, relates to, and includes, roads, highways, freeways, boule-
vards, parkways, streets, avenues, lanes, alleys, viaducts, bridges,
and all other ways or part or parts thereof. The word "park" or
"parks" means, relates to, and includes parks, playgrounds, play
fields, and all other recreational grounds and spaces. The word
"sub-division" means the division of a lot, tract, or parcel of land
into two or more lots, plots, sites, tracts, parcels, or other divisions
for the purpose, whether immediate or future, of sale or building
development, and includes resub-division and, when appropriate to
the context, relates to the process of sub-dividing or to the land or
