(G) ANALYSIS OF REVENUE SOURCES AVAILABLE FOR
SUPPORT OF GOVERNMENTAL SERVICES.
THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS SHALL INCLUDE IN THE
MEMBERSHIP OF SUCH COMMITTEE ONE REPRESENTA-
TIVE OF THE COUNTY GOVERNMENT ONE REPRESENTA-
TIVE FROM EACH BI COUNTY AGENCY, ONE REPRESENTA-
TIVE OF THE BOARD OF EDUCATION, AND ALSO ONE MEM-
BER FROM THE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, ONE MEMBER
FROM THE COUNTY CIVIC FEDERATION, ONE MEMBER
FROM THE COUNTY PARENT TEACHER ASSOCIATION,
AND EQUAL REPRESENTATION FROM THE UNINCORPO-
RATED AREA AND MUNICIPALITIES OF THE COUNTY.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1959.

AN ACT to add new Section 464D to the Code of Public Local Laws
of Prince George's County (1953 Edition, being Article 17 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Prince George's
County", sub-title "County Commissioners", to follow immediately
after Section 464C thereof, to allow the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Prince George's County to transfer the policemen of the
county from the State Retirement System to a local retirement
system to be established and matters generally related thereto.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 464D be and it is hereby added to the Code of
Public Local Laws of Prince George's County (1953 Edition, being
Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title
"Prince George's County", sub-title "County Commissioners", to fol-
low immediately after Section 464C thereof, and to read as follows:
464D. The Board of County Commissioners of Prince George's
County, hereinafter referred to as the Board, may elect to transfer
the coverage of its employees who are classified by the Board as
policemen from the Employees' Retirement System of the State of
Maryland, hereinafter referred to as the State System, to a local
retirement system established by said County to provide their retire-
ment benefits, hereinafter referred to as the local system. Such
