SUCH CLERICAL AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AS MAY
BE NECESSARY FOR THE PROPER ASSEMBLY OF DATA
AND RECORDING THE FINDINGS OF SAID COMMITTEE AND
THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS SHALL ALSO PROVIDE THE
SUM OF $5,000 FOR EXPENSE OF SAID COMMITTEE, TO BE
DISBURSED ON ORDER OF THE COMMITTEE CHAIRMAN;
THE SAID COMMITTEE SHALL REPORT TO THE COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS AND LEGISLATIVE DELEGATION, FROM
TIME TO TIME, RESPECTING THE FINDINGS AND RECOM-
MENDATIONS OF THE COMMITTEE CONCERNING THE
MATTERS REVIEWED IN PERFORMING THE FUNCTIONS
HEREINAFTER RECITED; AND, WITHIN ONE WEEK AFTER
THE CONVENING OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF MARY-
LAND IN 1961 AND EVERY TWO YEARS THEREAFTER, SAID
COMMITTEE SHALL REPORT ITS FINDINGS AND RECOM-
MENDATIONS ON SUCH SUBJECTS TO THE STATE SEN-
ATOR FOR PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY AND THE CHAIR-
MAN OF THE PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY LEGISLATIVE
DELEGATION. THE FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES OF THE COM-
MITTEE HEREBY CREATED SHALL INCLUDE BUT NOT BE
LIMITED TO BE AS FOLLOWS:
(A) THE STUDY AND REVIEW ANALYSIS OF FISCAL
MATTERS IN PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY CONCERNING
MUNICIPALITIES AND PUBLIC AGENCIES AND BOARDS IN
RELATION TO COUNTY REVENUE BASES AND SOURCES
AND THE EXISTING AND PROJECTED COST OF FURNISH-
ING MUNICIPAL AND GOVERNMENTAL SERVICES, AND
THE NEED FOR SAME;
(B) THE RELATION OF EXPENDITURES FROM COUNTY
TAX RECEIPTS TO THE UNINCORPORATED AREAS AND
MUNICIPAL INCORPORATED AREAS OF SAID COUNTY;
(C) THE REVIEW ANALYSIS OF MONEYS EXPENDED BY
THE COUNTY AND MUNICIPALITIES IN THE COUNTY FOR
ROADS, POLICE AND RECREATION NEEDS AND OTHER
MUNICIPAL SOURCES;
(D) REVIEW ANALYSIS OF AMOUNTS EXPENDED FOR
CONSTRUCTION, MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION OF
SCHOOLS AND EDUCATION FACILITIES; INCLUDING
AMOUNTS PAID FOR SALARIES AND REQUESTS FOR AD-
DITIONAL FACILITIES AND SALARY INCREASES AND
OTHERWISE;
(E) REVIEW ANALYSIS OF FISCAL AFFAIRS OF THE
COUNTY AND THE MARYLAND NATIONAL CAPITAL PARK
AND PLANNING COMMISSION RESPECTING LAND ACQUI-
SITION AND DEVELOPMENT FOR PARKS AND RECREATION
AREAS;
(F) REVIEW ANALYSIS OF FISCAL AFFAIRS OF THE
COUNTY AND THE WASHINGTON SUBURBAN SANITARY
COMMISSION RESPECTING EXTENSIONS OF WATER,
SEWER AND STORM-DRAINAGE FACILITIES; AND
(G) REVIEW OF FISCAL POLICIES OF THE COUNTY GOV-
ERNMENT AND BI COUNTY AGENCIES AND BOARDS, AND
